  1. Are your devices examples of technological convergence? Give reasons for your answer.
It is an example of Technological Convergence as it can pretty much do everything which is included with media such as; listen to music, watch videos, create videos, read news, social networking etc. An iPhone is a compressed version of a TV, Computer, Radio and pretty much all up to date media devices which we still use everyday, how ever they may die out due to products such as an iPhone.

   2.  How can you listen to music on your devices - can you download, You Tube, live stream/ etc?
You can listen to music on this device the iPod app which links with the iTunes app. You can download music from the iTunes store and you can also access apps which contain content from Youtube and Spotify so you are also able to stream music and videos.

  3.  What web sites offer music for your devices (including live streaming)?
Youtube is a prime example where you can stream music, it might not be that great quality but if you want to listen to a song it’s is most probably going to be on Youtube somewhere. Also a website called WE7 where music is streamed online, you can probably listen to music being streamed on that website as well.

  4.  Do you have to pay to download music to your devices? If so how much?
If you download music from iTunes some may be free but the majority songs are sold at 79p each, you can download these on the iPhone and then put them onto your iTunes when you plug the device into either computer or laptop.

  5.  From the devices you have researched: which would you like to own the most and why?

I already own an iPhone because I know it will do everything I want it to do and more. That way I can go on social networking sites, email, text, watch youtube videos and use all the necessary functions I want to make things a lot easier and less time consuming, maybe a bit too easy, but it’s great.
